Troy- Deborah L. Brady-Monforte, 70, passed away Friday, November 11, 2022 peacefully at home with her loving family by her side, after a long courageous battle with cancer! Deborah was the daughter of the late Beatrice Margolis.

Debbie was the owner of Blondies in Latham. She was also a bartender at many local establishments through the years.

Debbie had many hobbies, some of which included painting, quilting, and jewelry making.

Debbie enjoyed spending time with her family and loved to cook. She had a fond love of Tweety Bird.

Debbie was a member of the Capital Regional Hope Club. She was often known for her bubbly personality and her smile. Debbie would light up a room when she entered.

Debbie is survived by her sons, Kenneth Brady, Kevin Brady, Kristopher (KatLynn) Monforte; niece, Nicole (Jerry) Martin, who Debbie considered a daughter; the loving Gram to, Christopher Nichols, who she absolutely adored, sister to, Robin Routhier and Timothy Routhier; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Debbie is pre-deceased by her lifetime, companion, and soulmate of 26 years Garry (Roc) Thompson; sister, Donna (Robert) McGee, Richard Hamm, Fayette Hamm, Johnny Routhier, Michael (Sally) Routhier, and Penny Sue Bernich.

The family would like to extend a big thank you to NY0H of Clifton Park and the Community Hospice of Rensselaer County.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, New York on Saturday November 26, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
