ALBANY,
Jewell, Carol H. (Goldstein) age 62, passed away at St. Peter's Hospital, June 27, 2022, Monday surrounded by her loved ones.
Carol was born in Brooklyn, NY, September 19, 1959, daughter of the late Herman & Ruth Goldstein.

Carol attended NYC public
schools and graduated from Hillcrest High School 1977. She attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate;
received her Master's of Science in Education and her Master's of Library Science at the University of Albany. She received her Master's
in Fine Arts from the College of Saint Rose, Albany.

Carol worked as a Librarian at the University at Albany for 36 years and retired in
August of 2021. During her time at the University Carol was and advocate, ally and mentor for all communities. Carol was a published author
of the book " Hits and Missives". Carol is a musician, soloist, gardener and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Carol is survived by her bestfriend and wife Rebecca E. Partridge, together for over 23 years, daughter Lily A. (Michael) Stabile; two grandchildren Charles and
June Stabile; sister Joan Fernbach; mother-in-law Marilyn Partridge; sister-in-law Jennifer (Andrew) Granzow and niece and nephew Emily and
Charles Granzow; god parents James and Joan Dennehey; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents;
brother Marc Goldstein; father-in-law Orin Partridge; sister-in-law Heidi Partridge.

Family will have services at First Congregational Church
Saturday; July 9, 2022 calling hours 12: 00 - 1:00 pm and service at 1:00 pm with refreshments following. At the families request and what would mean a lot to Carol, please come in jeans and t-shirt.
