Rensselaer- John E. Keyser "Jack", 93, passed away at home with his family on June 16, 2022.

John was born February 19, 1929 son of the late Charles Edward and Elizabeth (Van Wart) Keyser in Staten Island, NY.

John married the love of his life Nancy Stage on October 28, 1950, with whom he shared 72 years of marriage. John was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving his country in Korea where he was instrumental in building a grade school. After returning from his service, he worked as both an automotive and electrical mechanic. He was employed as both throughout the duration of his career and went on to own his own business.

John was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to many. He and his wife Nancy put over 200,000 miles on their RV's on their various trips throughout North America. He was a longtime member and served on the Vestry at The Church of The Redeemer in Rensselaer. John and his wife Nancy were both longtime members of the Adirondack Bluegrass League.
