Schaghticoke- David T. Kennelly, 77, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 with his loving family by his side. He was the son of the late Donald and Eursaline Kennelly. David was the devoted partner to Doreen Smith. They were together 31 years.

David enjoyed spending time with his entire family. He had a fond love of the outdoors. David was an avid fisher and hunter. Most of all, David cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren.

In addition to his partner, David is survived by his children, Anne (Tony) Sanzo, David Joseph (Melissa) Kennelly, James (Judi) Kennelly, and Linda Ferdinand; his grandchildren, Carly and Joe Belanger, Kate Kennelly, Sarah Kennelly, James Kennelly, and Evan Ferdinand; his sister, Karen Rea; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, New York on Sunday May 29, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm.
