Guilderland- Lois Harbeck Miller, 83, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Mae and Raymond Harbeck. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles Miller Jr.

Lois graduated from Bethlehem Central High School in 1956 and went on to work for Burrough’s Corporation, Legislature Index Corp and Harold Holt Associates. Lois enjoyed baking for family and many friends. She loved spending her days with her best canine friend, Frisco.

She is survived by her children; Diane Springer (Larry), Linda Lostritto (Joe) and David Miller (Cristy); step sons; Charles Miller III and Steven Miller. She was the loving “Nana” to Zachary, Joey, Sophia, Mason, Renee, Justin, Tabbetha, Sara and Casey. She will also be missed by her brother Raymond (Mary) as well as many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren and many neighbors and close friends.

She is predeceased by her loving companion Donald Bennett.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bethlehem Lutheran Church and/or the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society in Lois’s name.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 4pm-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie, NY 12205. A funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday October 16, 2021 at 10am Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 85 Elm Ave, Delmar, NY 12054. Interment will follow at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery.
