Phil honorably served in the United State Army in Vietnam. He was and avid Giants fan. Phil was a very compassionate, and dedicated sponsor for friends of Bill W. He tried to help others and was very kind hearted. He had an amazing sense of humor and loved making others laugh. He was a skilled mechanic and loved science especially Physics.
Phil is survived by his daughter Heather Jordan, (Husband Joshua Thomas) sons Philip Jordan, Daniel Jordan (Fiancé Barbora Štiberová) Milo Jordan, Patrick Brooks, Josh Kokowetz(wife Courtney Kokowetz) Vanessa Kokowetz; Grandchildren Dylan Fournier, Kai Jordan, Terry Lanfair, Brennan Thomas, Tristan Jordan, Caleb Jordan, Kaitlyn Krill Hannah Mason, Timothy Dalton, Amanda Fogarty, Payton, Brooks Alexa Brooks, Mason Brooks, and Olivia Brooks. Also survived by his dog Sully, siblings; Donald Rosekrans, Catherine Stockwell, Mary French, Margaret McEachron and many other loved ones.
Phil is predeceased by his siblings Mary Lou Wilcox, Patricia Marra of Watervliet, William Rosekrans, Edward Rosekrans, Robert Marra , Frank Marra, Tommy Marra, Joseph Marra, Jackie Marra.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 12:00 to 1:30 pm. A Time of Sharing will be held at 1:30 pm Inurnment will be at a later date determined by the family in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Rd., Schuylerville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Phil's memory to the American Cancer Society, 1 Penny Ln , Latham, NY 12110.
