In Memory Of
Mark Leonard Schleicher
1970 - 2021

Mark L. Schleicher 50, a loving father, son, brother, grandfather and uncle, died suddenly on Sunday, June 13, 2021. Born in Albany, on July 30, 1970, he is the son of Leonard G. Schleicher and Sarah E. Hilton.

Mark was a man of many talents and loved spending time with his family and friends. He always had a smile on his face and brighten a room with his laughter. Mark worked side by side with his Dad in the family business, when it wasn’t about business, they bought it to the chessboard. He loved spending time with his Mama Dukes playing cards and eating her famous cooking. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his best friend Dakota, but most of all the best of him was his daughter. She brightened his world and was proud of her in more ways than anyone could imagine. Mark will truly be missed and loved forever.

He is survived by his parents; his daughter, Jenna Schleicher; grandchildren, Jameson and Mila; his siblings, Nancy Whitmore, Lisa Alves, Thomas Narzynski, the late Michael Narzynski; nieces, Melissa Hoefer, Rachel Alves, Kasey Whitmore, Jessica Rockwell; nephew, the late Jonathan McMann; followed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews who love Mark dearly.

Memorial visitation in honor of Mark will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Friday, June 18, 2021 from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. A service will be held at the funeral home at 4:30 pm.
