Theresa Ann Van Bramer
1941 - 2021

Clifton Park- Theresa Van Bramer, 80, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 with her loving family by her side. Theresa was the daughter of the late Charles and Viola Davey. Theresa was the devoted wife to Earl W. Van Bramer. They were married 61 years.

After raising her own family, Theresa graciously opened her house and heart to begin a venture running her own Day Care Center. It was something she was extremely proud of and to this day, her "day care children" remember her generosity by sending her Christmas, Birthday and holiday cards. She will be greatly missed by so many.

Theresa is survived by her children, Deb (Terry) Sturtevant, Earl, Jr. (Cathy), Michele (Gordon) Ellis; her grandchildren, Ryan, Keeley, and Jake; and one great granddaughter, Cecelia "Cece." Theresa is also survived by her two sisters and her brother; and many loving relatives and friends.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the Hospice Care Team for the great care and support given to Theresa

A Memorial Celebration will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region New York, 433 State St 4th Floor, Schenectady, NY 12305, in honor of her grandson, Jake.
