Yvonne Workman “Sweety”, daughter of the late Ruby B. Outing and Robert H. Outing was born April 8, 1945 in Camden, South Carolina. She unexpectedly passed away on July 16, 2020 from Coronavirus.
Yvonne attended Camden High School and worked for Kershaw County Hospital for 42 years before retirement. She devoted her life to her family and found great joy raising her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping and taking trips to New York to visit her family. Her beautiful soul influence so many and will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.
Yvonne's beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her survived sister, Mary Outing-Thompson; son-in-law, Anthony Adams; grandchildren: Mike Workman, Shameeka Workman, Anthony Adam Jr., Dajuanette Carlos; and two great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her late husband, Henry Workman Sr.; her son, Henry Workman Jr.; her daughter, Annette Workman-Adams; twin brother, Rex Outing; her sisters: Nancy Barnes and Mamie Outing-Smith. Additionally, she leaves to cherish a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday August 1st at Camden Area 517 Bull Street Camden, SC.
