Esther Dowen, 39, passed away suddenly on Friday, March 13, 2020. Esther was the daughter of the late Daniel Dowen and Josephine DeBenedetto.

Essy was a fun loving, outgoing, compassionate woman who had love for family, friends and strangers a like. She felt better by making others more comfortable. She was always there for anyone that needed her. Es was a home health aide that cared deeply and developed close relationships with her patients. Essy loved music, movies, drawing and being with family and friends. Esther touched many lives with her sense of humor and enthusiastic personality. She is loved and will be missed by many.

Essy is survived by her children; Domonic (Lilac) Marino, Nick Marino, Bella Franco and Gemma Franco; Sister, Maria (Richard Moore) Bollacker; Niece, Mia Bollacker; Nephews, Jacob and Noah Bollacker; Uncles, Alfonso and Daniel DeBenedetto. She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Essy is predeceased by her son, Peter Franco and her uncles, Louis and Sam DeBenedetto.
