Kenneth was born on March 17, 1959 in Albany, NY to the late Oveater Vantry and Donald Vinson.
He attended Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY, where he studied Human Services. Kenneth was employed at Berkshire Farm Center and Services for Youth, located in Columbia County for almost 40 years, as a Senior Counselor.
