She was born in Albany, New York, the daughter of the late Jill DeJesus (Jose Antonio DeJesus) and Jose Gilberto Correa Sr. (Connie Correa).
Deanna had been employed by the Albany City School District for many years.
She was kindhearted and loved her grandkids. She loved spending time with her children and making jokes. She also loved coloring.
She is survived by her children: Annamaria, Louis, Roberto, Michelle and Melissa; her grandchildren: Alia, Jesus Jr., Messiah Jr. and Blessing; her siblings, Jose, Carmen, Maria, Jessica and Christine. Also survived by her beloved nieces, nephews cousins, aunts and uncles.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hour on Monday, September 9, 2019 from 10 to 11 a.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York. A celebration of life service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Graceland
Cemetery, Albany, New York.
