TROY- Robert E. Gaitor, age 68, passed away unexpectedly on May 20, 2019 at The Pines at Heartwood.
He was born in Troy, the son of the late Joseph and Jean Gaitor. He was predeceased by his wife Joyce.
Robert was a Truck Driver for various companies for most of his life.
He was an EMT and volunteer Fire Fighter. He was a founding member of Wilton EMS.
He is survived by his children: Laura, Michael, Jason, Amanda (Joseph) and Nicole (John); siblings: Marion (John), James (Julia); William (Virginia) and Donald (Pamela). Also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Gaitor’s Life will be held at a later date and time to be announced by the family.
