He was born in Buffalo, the son of the late Mariana and Win Dudley Zusy. He was predeceased by his daughter, Stephanie Zusy and a brother, Ronald Lybrand (Diane).
Doug was an Army veteran, serving in Germany during the Vietnam Era.
He was jack of all trades. He enjoyed fishing and golf. He was a volunteer for many years at Gerald O’Neil Post 1683.
The family would like to thank his caregivers: Margaret Lybrand and Carol Accata for their support over the years.
Doug is survived by his brother, Cliff (Gail) and his sister, Erin (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
All services will be private at the convenience of the family at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, NY.
