Donna and Tom,
We are deeply sadden by the loss of Amanda. Watching her grow through the years and becoming such a wonderful woman. Amanda was always smiling. That was her best feature. She would smile and it would make you smile. I will miss running into her at a random store when we could catch up really quick followed by I’ll see you at the next party. We never parted without a quick hug and tell the family” Hi”. She accomplished so much in the short life she had. Amanda was truly someone special and for all those who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her consider yourself lucky. We send you both and all the family and friends prayers and love during this difficult time. Amanda you will be greatly missed by so many. Fly high sweetheart. Until we meet again.
Love,

I knew Amanda through my niece, Sara Petrocelli, and also from seeing her at Price Chopper. She was the sweetest person, and I am deeply saddened by this tragedy. Someone told me the other day that a tragedy is when something inexplicable happens. This is one. I can only hope and pray that her family is able to maintain faith and remember the vibrant energy that Amanda represents. I know that she is on the other side now and can feel the outpouring of love that surrounds her. No words can adequately express the emotions.
~ Rocco Padula - October 12, 2018

Amanda and my daughter were good friends in high school cheerleading days, I had the privilege of spending three summers with her Rachel and Irving Around the house they all used to call me Papa Sam the one thing that always stuck out was her wonderful smile !!! I haven’t seen her in about 12 years I was fortunate once again to run into her two weeks ago we spoke for a few minutes and once again before she left she said it was good seeing you papa Sam and the last thing I remember was that beautiful smile All the Souls in heaven are blessed to see that smile !!
~ Sam Cortese - October 12, 2018
I met Amanda 3 years ago when I began working at Living Resources. She was genuinely one of the nicest and hardworking people I've ever met. Each time I saw or spoke to her, she had taken on more responsibilities. She did it with a smile and simply the good intentions to better the program and agency. She was always willing to help whoever she could. I admired her then, and I admire her now. May her beautiful soul rest in peace. My heart goes out to her family and friends. A soul like that will never be forgotten.
