Niskayuna- Dr. Renna, 93, passed away Saturday, March 21st, 2015 after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Frank and Antoinette Renna of Mt. Pleasant. Dr. Renna is predeceased by his wife, Gladys H. Renna and his daughter Dorothy Parent.

Pasquale J. Renna was born in Watervliet and raised in Mt. Pleasant. He was a graduate of Union College and also Marquette University in Wisconsin where he received a degree in Dentistry. After graduating he started his own practice on Crane Street in Mt. Pleasant. Dr. Renna was also a proud member of the ROTC.

Dr. Renna is survived by his daughter, Patricia A. Scheels of Schenectady, three siblings: Carmella Greppo, Teresa Raymond and Frances Brehm; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Dr. Renna is predeceased by his brother Anthony Renna (Antoinette Renna).

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2015 from 5:00pm- 8:00pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie, NY. A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 26th at 10:00am at the Funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
