Ronald “Ron” R. Frisbee, 72, husband to Jean (Farley) Frisbee, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at St. Peter’s Hospital.

Born December 28, 1950, in Albany NY, son of the late Stanton and Florence Frisbee.

Ron attended Colonie High School and graduated in 1969, and then served in the U.S. Navy from 1969 – 1972 aboard the USS Saratoga. He later worked for Beltrone Construction Company, and ultimately retired from New York State Division for Youth.

He is survived by beloved wife Jean of 35 years; his step-children Richard (Diane) Dewey, Katherine (Craig) Siegel, Robert (Cynthia) Dewey. His seven grandchildren Jack, Sean, Allison, Noah, Olivia, Caleb, and Ashton, and several nieces and nephews.

Ron is predeceased by his brother Stanton Jr., his sister’s Marion Giordano and Betty Thomas.

At the request of the family, services will be private.
