Syracuse, NY Theresa A. Dailey "Terrie", 68, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, after an extended illness on Sunday, July 3, 2022. Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Terrie was the daughter of the late Theresa and Jack Walters. Terrie is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 48 years Bruce, her children Daniel (Katrina) Dailey and Jennifer (Robert) Hardy and grandson Colin Hardy to whom she was the quintessential doting Grandma.

She will also be missed by her siblings Jack Walters (Diane), Randy Walters (Patricia), Ted Walters (Pamela), Roger Walters (Abigail), her in-laws and her numerous nieces and nephews.

Terrie worked as the secretary at Jean Elaine’s School of Dance for many years to assist her closest friend. She also worked as an Office Manager at

Agway Gardens for 12 years. Most recently, she was employed in a local preschool environment.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as Terrie was a longtime supporter.

Services will be held at Mount Calvary Cemetery Devotion Chapel, 800 Pine Ridge Heritage Blvd Cheektowaga, NY 14225 on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 12:00pm.
