Virginia Steininger, 94, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Evergreen Commons.

Virginia was the daughter of the late Florian and Beatrice (Pratt) Morehouse.

She was the devoted wife to the late Andrew Steininger.

Virginia enjoyed trips to the Saratoga Casino and she loved many fishing trips that her and her husband took to Garnet Lake in the Adirondacks.

In addition to her parents and her husband she was predeceased by her brothers, Donald and Earl, her son and daughter Mark Stone and Pamela Salamida.

Virginia is survived by her son, Michael (Doris) Stone. She is the cherished grandmother of Michael (Dee), Jason (Erica), Shannon and Ashley (Kyle). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday December 4, 2021 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.
