Sylvia J. Walton, 79, of Schenectady, passed away on April 28, 2021

Born in Rensselaer, she is the daughter of the late Rollo Winston and Oris Ruth (Barden) Walton. Sylvia was a lifelong resident of Rotterdam, she graduated from Ellis nursing school and worked as a Registered Nurse for Ellis Hospital for over 40 years.

She loved to travel, and enjoyed collecting dolls and teapots.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Kenneth Winston Walton and sister in law Barbara Ann Walton.

Sylvia is survived by her niece Sharon Jean Pasquini (Michael), nephew David Winston Walton (Maura) and great nieces and nephews, Meghan Elizabeth Walton, David Michael Walton, Vincent Michael Pasquini, Anthony Kenneth Pasquini, and Daniel James Walton.
