ALBANY – Joan E. Savoie, 86, of Albany passed away on Monday morning, March 1, 2021 at St. Peter’s Hospital.
She was born on June 18, 1934 a daughter of the late Thomas and Minnie (Voss) Taylor.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be greatly missed.
Joan was predeceased by her son, Edward Savoie.
Surviving her in loving memory are her husband of 63 years, Fred Savoie, 2 daughters, Linda Tobin and Diane Blaisdell; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
