Jonathan was born on January 8, 1997 to Mamie L. Singletary and Johnny Rush (of Brooklyn, New York).
Jonathan was loved affectionately and unconditionally by his mother.
After graduation from Schenectady High School, Schenectady, New York, Jonathan was employed by the Saratoga Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Jonathan was very passionate about his job and loved the patients he cared for. Jonathan was known for making people laugh and had a contagious smile with a grand sense of humor. He had a passion for fashion and he loved to eat.
Jonathan leaves his loving mother, Mamie L. Singletary and father Johnny L. Rush (of Brooklyn, NY), brother Marcus Jeffress, Maternal grandmother Wanda Dozier-Sanders (Fahim), Paternal grandmother Sarah Rush-Wall (Brooklyn, NY) and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to cherish his memory.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, New York on Thursday September 26, 2019 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
