Green Island- Laurie Ann Peplowski, 56, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019 at home after a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
She was born on December 4, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. Woods and Mary E. Woods. And survived by Mary Davanzo.
Laurie is survived by her children Blaine (Charles) Shafer, Marissaann (Steven) White, and Matthew Woods, 10 grandchildren and one great grandson as well as her brothers and sisters, Patricia (Frank) Angilella, Debi Hasson, Kevin (Mitzi) Woods, Thomas Woods, Gail Woods, Pauline Holmberg Lindsay, Dana Davanzo, Dari Davanzo, Michael Davanzo and the late Peter Davanzo. She also is survied by many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 26 ,2019 from 2:00pm-4:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, New York 12189. Followed by a small celebration of her life at 276 Remsen Street, Cohoes, NY 12047.
Arrangements for her burial will be announced at a later date.
