Colonie- Franco C. Scisci, 71, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. Born in Monopoli, Bari, Italy he was the son of the late Damiano and Antoinette Scisci. He is survived by his wife, Ann Marie Scisci.

He lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed various sports, especially golf and bowling. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, Franco is survived by his children, Damian Scisci (Leah) and Maria Boomhower (Bill). Franco was the loving “Papa” to, Samantha and Victoria. He is also survived by his siblings, Marino Scisci (Chris), Pasquale Scisci (Kate) and Rose Scisci. He also leaves to remember him nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 4pm-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, New York 12189. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 10:00am at St. Pius X, 23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville, NY 12211. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
