On October 18th 2018, Joseph LoGiudice, Sr. surrounded by his loving family, peacefully went to be with the Lord. He was born in Albany, NY on April 11, 1948 to Joseph and Domenica (DiBlasi) LoGiudice.
He was a life long faithful communicant at Christian Assembly Church, where he served as a Deacon. Joe was a chief line mechanic hot stick with Niagara Mohawk for 38 years, retiring as a foreman. He proudly served as a Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard for 13 years. Joe loved the outdoors and he was an avid hunter and fisherman all of his life. He was also a master in many areas of construction and was always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. He enjoyed passing down this knowledge to all of his children and two son in laws. Above all, he loved his family dearly.
He is survived by his beloved wife Rebecca of 46 years, his loving children Jennifer (Michael) Nasca, Holly (Jesse) Wolf and Joseph (Colby) LoGiudice, Jr. and leaves behind his five beloved grandchildren; Nicholas, Mia, Joey, Gennavena and Easton. He is also survived by his loving sister in law and two brother in laws and many nieces and nephews. Joe was predeceased by his five sisters and a brother.
Relatives and friends may call 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24th at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. Both the funeral and the interment will private at the convenience of the family.
