Cohoes-Meegan N. Monroe, 47, passed away on September 4, 2018 at her home in Cohoes. Born on April 5, 1971 in Troy, NY she was the daughter of Ronald K. Ernest and the late Barbara (Daley) Ernest. Meegan worked in the medical field in many capacities, most recently in Melbourne, Fl. Meegan was very proud to belong to a military family, first with her father, uncles and later her husband. She loved animals of all kinds, especially her cat Milo.
A memorial service will be held on September, 22 at noon at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A period of visitation will be from 10 am to noon. Burial will be private.
