Carmel was predeceased by her beloved husband Anthony R. St. Lucia and her 2 brothers, James and Joseph Armento.
She is survived by her sons, Paul F. St. Lucia, Steven St. Lucia (Diane Clarke); sister-in-law, Ann Armento; grandchildren, Christine Meenan (Christopher) and Paul J. St. Lucia (Lauren), Kayla, Ethan, Kate and Sean St. Lucia; great grandchildren, Sienna and Paul.
A private graveside service will be held at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
