Patrick was the son of Sherry Hale Berghela and the late Michael Paul Berghela, Jr.
He was the devoted husband to Sonja (Seeloff) Berghela.
He was employed by Sequoia Construction LLC as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
He enjoyed fishing, grilling, watching NASCAR and traveling with his family.
In addition to his father, Patrick was predeceased by his brother, Nicholas Carmen Berghela.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Sonja Berghela; his mother, Sherry Berghela; his brother, Michael Berghela. He is also survived by his two loving canine companions, Cooper and BoBo and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York on Wednesday August 15, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Graveside services will be on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 11:00 am at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Mohawk Hudson Humane Society 3 Oakland Avenue Menands, NY 12204, in Patrick Berghela's memory.
