BALLSTON LAKE-

Anthony P. Eddy, 50, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2018 at St. Peter's Hospital with his loving family by his side after a long a courageous battle with cancer.

He was an insurance claims adjuster for many years, most recently with Erie Insurance. He enjoyed playing and coaching hockey, fishing, golf, poker, and riding snowmobiles with his son.

He is survived by his son Connor Berry who was his most treasured pride and joy. He is also survived by his stepmother Jeanne Seamans. Anthony is also survived by his mother Mary Seamans, sister Candice Tremblay (David), nephews; Evan and Drew Tremblay, and many close friends. He was predeceased by his father Mel Seamans.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at the Community Hospice and the Hospice Inn. They also extend their sincere gratitude to Jamie, Sandy, and Brie for all their kindness and support given to Anthony and his family.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House at 139 South Lake Ave, Albany, NY 12208.
