Colonie~

Richard W. Clark, 84, of Colonie, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017 at his home with his loving family by his side. Richard was the son of the late Irving and Angeline (Dupee) Clark. Richard was the devoted husband to the late Audrey (Minkler) Clark. They were married 49 years.

For 18 years Richard was employed by Williams Press. Then he was employed as an electrician with the State of New York for many years where he retired from. Lastly, after retirement from the State Richard worked for Colonie Senior Services.

He was a life member with Colonie's Midway Fire Dept. Dick's favorite vacation destination was Cancun, Mexico, where he traveled over 9 times. He also enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, auctions and NASCAR.

Loving father of; Robin (Walton) Anderson, Dale (Patrick) Sullivan, Sandra (Robert Noyes) Clark, Renee (Michael Welch) Howard and Susan (Bill) Kusky, cherished "Poppy" of; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Dearest brother of; Jack and Fred Clark, and the late Walter Clark, Josephine "Judy" Smith. His extended family Andy, Tim, Heather and Greg Govel. Many nieces, nephews and friends also survive.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, on Tuesday December 5, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday December 6, 2017 at 11:00 am from the funeral home thence to; Memory Gardens in Colonie, where the interment will follow.
