SCHENECTADY- George R. Robinson , 77, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at the VA hospital. Born in Lowell Massachusetts, he was the son of the late E. Frank and Margaret Robinson.
George was in the Air force from 1955-1959. He retired from the Western Union.
He was a long time member of the Schenectady Moose Lodge and Schenectady/ Rotterdam Eagles.
George will be missed by his daughter and three sons, Patricia Ozkan, David Robinson, Ken Robinson and Khoury Bennett; his daughter in law, Nichole Bennett ; two grandchildren; step-daughter, Sandy Miller and his last surviving sibling, Joyce McLean.
There will be memorial service held at the Schenectady Moose Lodge on lower Broadway on Saturday, December 20,2014 at 3:00 pm All are welcome to come celebrate.
