Emma Linda Wells, 54, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 with her loving family by her side.

Emma was the daughter of the late Joseph Lirosi and Barbara Riley.

Emma was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church for many years. She worked for over 30 years with the Department of State as a Business Document Specialist.

She enjoyed knitting, spending time with her dogs, her family and her friends.

Emma is survived by her Son, Harvey J. Wells, Daughter, Amanda (Andre) Lopez. She is the sister of Joann (the late Lonnie) McKinnis and Rocco Lirosi.
She is also survived by her great nephew, Thomas Vroman and many other nieces, nephews, close family and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday February 13, 2016 at 10:30 am at Blessed Sacrament Church, Central Ave., (at Colby St.) Albany. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society Memorial Processing Center 6725 Lyons St East Syracuse, NY 13057-0007 or to the Mohawk & Hudson River Humane Society 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204 in Emma's memory.

A special thank you to all of her new friends and nurses at the Cancer Society in Philadelphia and also at the Hope Club of the Capital Region.
