1984 - 2015

Rotterdam- Trevor Matthew Conti, 31, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 26th, 2015. Trevor was the son of Debra Conti of Rotterdam and Anthony and Maryjane (Lenihan) Conti of Charlotte, NC.

Trevor is survived by his brother, Neal Conti (Laura-Lynn Mandell) of Concord, NC and his step-brother, Andrew Gillespie (Jade) of Myrtle Beach, SC. Trevor is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Patricia McDonald and his paternal grandmother Rosalie Conti, both of Rotterdam. He is predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Richard McDonald and hispaternal grandfather, Anthony Conti. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles: Madaline & Dan Hackett, Pat & Keith Carpenter, Rory & Susan McDonald and Patrick & Linda McDonald, all of Rotterdam and Kelly & Bill Alois of Hooksett, NH. Trevor¹s extended family includes several step-aunts & uncles, including Scott & Jean Lenihan of Hampton, NY and Pat & George Ayres of Shortsville, NY. Trevor also leaves several cousins with whom he enjoyed many fun times camping at Sacandaga Lake and visiting New Hampshire.

Trevor worked locally as a customer service advisor for Time Warner Cable and volunteered his time at Rotterdam Fire District 2 and Rotterdam Emergency Medical Services. Trevor was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox. Trevor had a huge soft spot for animals, and enjoyed spending his down time with his pets. Trevor loved life in general, and loved his family and friends unconditionally and was always there for them.

Trevor was a 2002 graduate of Mohonasen High School and attended Mildred Elley College in Albany, NY. His family and friends will remember his smile, quick wit, and his ability to see the humor in every day life. He could quote movies line- for-line and could always make those around him laugh.

Calling hours will be held Monday, August 31st 2015 from 4:00pm - 6:30pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Albany, NY 12205. A short memorial service will follow from 6:30pm - 7:00pm where family and friends will be welcomed to say a few words about Trevor at that time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local Humane Society.
