Lawrence was a devoted fan of the NY Yankees and NY Giants. He always looked forward to a visit from his sister with some memorabilia from one of his favorite teams in tow.
Lawrence is survived by his brother Dennis Bettinger and his wife Barbara of Venice, Fl., sister Diane O’Keefe and her husband Richard of Schenectady, NY , brother Frederick Borst and wife Michele of Schenectady, NY and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
A PRIVATE visitation and funeral service will be held for Lawrence at New Comer Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens in Colonie.
