Latham- Frederick P. Snyder “Fritz”, 85, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 20, 2018 with his loving wife, Yvonne, of 66 years by his side. He was the son of the late Frederick C. and Georgianna Mae Snyder.

Fritz was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Korea. He worked for twenty plus years at Christian Brothers Academy where he was the head of maintenance. Prior to working at CBA, Fritz was an Operating Engineer at Central Dairy in Albany until its closing.

In addition to his wife, Fritz is survived by his six children, Edward P. Snyder (Kathleen), Kathleen A. Pittelli, Cynthia J. Allen (David), Joanne C. Kosinski (Kenneth), Ann M. Slocum (Timothy) and Georgianna M. Rochminski (John), 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one on the way. Fred also leaves behind one special friend, Carole Summers.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
