Albany- Gary Michael Engle, 48, passed away on March 23, 2018 in Albany, NY after a short illness. Gary is the beloved son of Gary K. and Margaret (Dandrow) Engle of Parrish, Florida.

Gary graduated from Duanesburg High School, then continued his education at the Motorcycle Mechanic Institute in Phoenix. He also received his business degree from Hudson Valley Community College. He worked as a highly skilled technician with Sears in Albany, NY for many years. Gary enjoyed riding and working on his Harley Motorcycle and caring for his best friend, his canine companion, Oscar. He had a laugh and a smile that would light up a room and he was known to be quite a jokester. Gary had many talents, was creative and artistic and he could fix anything.

In addition to his parents, Gary is survived by his sisters and brothers; Cindy Milian of Saratoga, NY, Sue Kaufman of Greenville, TX, Shelley Engle of Reno, NV, Gerald Engle of Albany, NY, Kristina (Kevin) Gwinn of Clifton Park, NY. Gary is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 am on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie.
