Sandra was born in Albany, NY to the late Harry and Eleanor Rickert on March 30, 1935. On June 18, 1955 she married her lifelong friend, Donald “Duke” McCullough. Together they raised three children. Sandra retired from Albany County Dept. of Social Services with over 20 years of service. She was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church, and a member of the Rosary Guild Society. She is remembered for her love of family and friends.
Sandra is survived by her children: Jeffrey (Marie) McCullough, Timothy (Erin) McCullough and Donna (John) Plante; her beloved grandchildren: Alexandra, Andrew, Kyle, Evan and Keely; her sister, Linda McLaughlin, and several nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Donald “Duke” McCullough.
Calling hours will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church, 607 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12206, on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 9:30am-10:30am with a funeral mass to be celebrated immediately following.
