Loudonville~

Noreen A. Bieniek, 68, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 with her loving family by her side.

Born on January 22, 1949 in Albany, Noreen was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Mary A. (Bober) Bieniek.

For many years, Noreen was a clerk with the State of New York working in the Dept. of Agriculture until retirement.

Noreen was of the Catholic faith and a communicant of St. Pius X Church in Loudonville. She also enjoyed spending time with her family.

Survivors include her nieces, Lisa M. (Mark) Wood, Kaitlynn Wood and Carlee Wood, and one nephew Dustin Wood, all of Loudonville. Several cousins also survive.

Besides her parents, Noreen was predeceased by her sister Kathleen Bieniek.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, on Monday October 23, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. on Tuesday October 24, 2017 at St. Pius X Church 23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville.

Interment will follow the mass at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region, New York, 101 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12305 or to the charity of one's choice.
