Ravena ~

Brian K. Kahl, 60 years old, passed away Tuesday June 20, 2017 at his residence in Ravena surrounded by his family.

Born in Albany to the late Joan M. Zeh and Dane A. Kahl (stepfather Raymond Zeh), Brian’s entire career was spent with the Local #7 Plumbers & Steamfitters out of Latham, NY from which he retired in 2015. Brian loved hunting, Nascar, and his fishing, but most of all his family.

In addition to parents and stepfather, Brian was pre-deceased by his brother Dane A. Kahl (Roseanne). Survivors include his companion of 32 years Jean M. Roland, stepchildren Douglas (Megan) Hutton and Victoria (Beau) Barrows, brothers Robert and Bruce Kahl, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Especially known as “Pop B” to Ryan and Tobey Hutton and Gregory and Max Barrows whom he loved spending his time with.

A special thank you to the Ravena Coeymans Police Department and EMT’s for their special care given in his final moments.

Funeral service and burial will be privately held.
